- 120g dark chocolate, chopped
- 120 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g cashews, toasted, finely minced
Topping:
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
How to make:
- Prepare a round baking pan 20 cm. Semir butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Team chocolate until melted.
- Beat butter and sugar until smooth.
- Enter the egg yolks, stirring until well blended.
- Pour the melted chocolate and stir well.
- Enter smooth cashew nuts, stirring until blended.
- Pour into the pan, smooth.
- Bake in 180 C oven for 30 minutes until the surface is rather dry.
- Lift. Chill.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder and serve.
